ABOUT THE POSITION

In order to support BRUNA's expansion, we are looking for a committed Senior Retail Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role is essential in crafting and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing BRUNA's retail operations, which encompasses all facets of our retail management, developing and overseeing point-of-sale systems, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales objectives.

YOUR DUTIES
  • Formulate, execute, and oversee impactful sales strategies for retail operations.
  • Lead and manage the retail team at BRUNA, providing direction, training, and support to sales representatives.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and customer preferences to pinpoint growth prospects.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for upper management.
  • Guarantee exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all retail channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with corporate goals.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and fostering client loyalty.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, utilizing this information for strategic planning.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Several years of demonstrated experience in retail management and development.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and negotiations.
  • Strong grasp of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales performance data and take necessary actions.
  • Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for diverse daily tasks.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience as a proactive business leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for success.
