Position Overview

The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer complaints and managing escalations effectively.
  • Coordinating shipments in partnership with the Customs department across Europe.
  • Overseeing spare parts management and maintaining accurate master data within the inventory management system.
  • Processing orders and managing goods receipt entries in the ERP system.
  • Providing assistance to colleagues with various administrative duties.
  • Resolving inquiries in collaboration with our colleagues based in the USA.
  • Managing goods shipping and ensuring documentation meets customer quality standards.
  • Offering support to the team leader and contributing to team efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred educational background in commercial, logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a repair-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of processes and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, results-driven, and organized manner.
  • Confident communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using PC and database systems.
  • Fluent in German and possess good English language skills (minimum Level A2).
