Position Overview
The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing customer complaints and managing escalations effectively.
- Coordinating shipments in partnership with the Customs department across Europe.
- Overseeing spare parts management and maintaining accurate master data within the inventory management system.
- Processing orders and managing goods receipt entries in the ERP system.
- Providing assistance to colleagues with various administrative duties.
- Resolving inquiries in collaboration with our colleagues based in the USA.
- Managing goods shipping and ensuring documentation meets customer quality standards.
- Offering support to the team leader and contributing to team efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred educational background in commercial, logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a repair-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, results-driven, and organized manner.
- Confident communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using PC and database systems.
- Fluent in German and possess good English language skills (minimum Level A2).
