IT Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our Helpdesk & Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees in our logistics center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for our employees, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with our System Engineers in Berlin to coordinate and exchange knowledge
- Manage Windows clients, Windows print servers, Chrome OS, and macOS, as well as our MDE and onsite robotics devices
- Continuously improve our processes and systems to provide an exceptional user experience
- Install, configure, and update clients and systems in the Fulfillment Center
- Resolve technical issues and perform proactive maintenance to keep systems up-to-date
Requirements
- Several years of experience or apprenticeship in 1st and 2nd level support
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Experience in Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace
- Passion for technology, open personality, and strong customer orientation
- Independent and structured work style, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel for occasional trips from Halle to Berlin
