Acquisition Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition of auxiliary and operational materials, safety equipment, laboratory supplies, and office necessities.
• Complete order management and monitoring of delivery timelines.
• Selection and evaluation of suppliers.
• Conducting assessments of supplier performance.
• Negotiating pricing terms.
• Addressing and resolving complaints.
• Preparation of shipping documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, such as in Industrial Management.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems.
• Organized, goal-driven work ethic with excellent communication abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
