Architectural Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Planner to join our team at SPIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing preliminary, draft, and execution planning for complex industrial buildings.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement planning strategies for industrial buildings, including data centers and transformer substations.
• Conduct feasibility studies to inform property purchase decisions and create business cases.
• Integrate specialist planning, such as electrical and HVAC planning, into structural planning.
• Coordinate planning processes with engineers, authorities, and clients.
• Present architectural planning to clients and stakeholders.
• Requirements:
• Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a comparable technical education.
• Experience in German building law and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
