We are in the process of developing a B2B software platform that enables our clients to make informed energy choices, accelerating their green transformation while achieving substantial cost reductions.
Your Role
As an integral member of onu's technology team, you will play a pivotal role in our product evolution. Collaborating closely with our founding members, you will have the unique opportunity to influence our team dynamics and develop services from inception.
Ideal Candidate
Our product is continuously evolving, necessitating rapid iterations based on the insights we gather. We are looking for a versatile individual who can analyze and visualize data effectively, presenting it in a manner that enhances user decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Formulate and steer the product roadmap for our data visualization solutions, ensuring it aligns with both business objectives and user requirements.
- Insight-Driven Development: Leverage your data analytics expertise to uncover critical insights and opportunities that will guide product enhancements and feature development.
- User-Focused Design: Partner with clients and engineering teams to ensure our products are user-friendly, intuitive, and cater to the needs of our target demographic.
- Agile Development: Lead the iterative development cycle, prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work in tandem with engineering, design, and data teams to guarantee smooth product development and delivery.
- Data Presentation: Oversee the design and optimization of Grafana dashboards, ensuring they deliver clear and actionable insights for our users.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management: Demonstrated experience in a product management capacity, particularly with data-centric products.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics: Strong analytical capabilities, with a solid grasp of SQL and the ability to interpret complex datasets to inform product strategies. Familiarity with Python is advantageous.
- Understanding of UX Principles: A robust understanding of user experience principles, especially in the realm of data applications, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Grafana or comparable data visualization platforms is highly preferred.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI: Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies and their application in product development is a plus.
- German Language Skills: Proficiency in German is beneficial.
