We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Power Grids team as a Department Head. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management and operation of our power grid infrastructure, including the medium-voltage and low-voltage networks, as well as the customer and distribution stations.

• Manage and organize the Power Grids team, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of grid operations and maintenance activities.
• Lead a team of 13 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of grid operations and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and modernization of the power grid, including the planning and execution of grid expansion projects.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power grid, including the management of grid operations and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure the successful execution of grid operations and maintenance activities.

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power grid operations and management, including experience in team leadership and management.
• Excellent technical knowledge of power grid operations and management, including experience with grid planning, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
