About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Growth Development Intern. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue growth through closing customers and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting, qualification, and project management, ensuring that you maintain data hygiene in our CRM and make data-driven decisions across your sales funnel.

Your Profile
  • You are eager to learn and grow with our company, with a strong desire to develop your skills in B2B software sales.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with potential customers.
  • You are driven and motivated, with a strong focus on achieving targets and overperforming.
  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
