About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to join our team at ERM Dipl. - Ing. Siesing GmbH & Co. KG. As an innovative equipment developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge equipment for the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative process flows, including technical design and integration of modern actuators and sensors, with a focus on efficiency and integration into existing systems.
  • Design and construct mechanical systems, from concept to detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Manage procurement and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution.
  • Oversee project management, from planning to successful commissioning, including site management and quality control.
Requirements
  • Technical degree: Technician or higher degree in mechanical engineering, plant construction, or a related field.
  • Professional experience: More than 3 years of experience in project planning, management, and completion.
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Software skills: Experience with office software, AutoCAD, and Inventor.
  • Technical knowledge: Knowledge of mechanical engineering, plant construction, and steel construction, as well as DGRL and WHG regulations. Experience in coordinating external contractors is desirable.
