Job Description

As a Working Student in Contract Management and Automation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Contract Management team at Bosch Digital (BD). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Management Support: You will assist in filing, monitoring, and managing contracts at BD, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of our processes and activities.
  • Process Automation: You will contribute to the automation of contract management processes within BD, leveraging your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
  • Awareness and Training: You will actively participate in creating awareness and training materials for the contract management team, helping to ensure a seamless understanding of our processes and procedures.
  • Reporting and Documentation: You will support the team with contract management reporting, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: You should be enrolled in a program related to Business Law or Business Informatics.
  • Experience and Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of MS Office and a demonstrated affinity for contracts and digitalization.
  • Personality and Working Practice: You should be independent, structured, and a reliable team player, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: You should be fluent in German and have very good English language skills.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: You will have the flexibility to work between 5 and 15 hours per week during the semester, with the possibility of increased working hours during the semester break by arrangement.
