Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Vice President of Sales in organizational and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft SharePoint and M365 applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
