Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects worldwide for the entire electromechanical equipment of hydropower plants in the field of Large Hydro Power Plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage international projects with complex contractual structures, ensuring contract-compliant execution and compliance with specified project objectives.
  • Ensure functional leadership and control of the interdisciplinary project team, including change and claim management, project-specific opportunity and risk management.
  • Control essential influencing factors of the technology and interpret specifications and contracts.
  • Handle deviations in project progress, controlling and documenting project changes, and coordinate project documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Multiple years of professional experience in handling international projects with complex contractual structures, especially in plant construction.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other project management tools.
  • Fluent in English, with German or other language skills beneficial.
  • Structured and targeted way of working, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
