Requirements:

• Educational background in a healthcare profession
• Ongoing or completed studies in healthcare pedagogy, medical pedagogy, or vocational pedagogy (Bachelor's or Master's level)
• Technical, pedagogical, and social competencies
• Willingness to further qualify as a Skills Trainer and Simulation Expert for Health Professions
