Our team is responsible for the production of a wide range of everyday products from various industries, including automotive, electronics, household, construction, medicine, and healthcare, packaging, and toys/sports/leisure. In 2021, our sales revenue was approximately €6 billion. We employ around 3,600 people and have a presence in 20 production sites in ten countries.

We are looking for a Chemical Process Operator for our site in Ludwigshafen.

**Your Perspective:**

  • You will operate, control, regulate, and monitor our continuous production process either in the field or from the control room.
  • You will conduct regular inspections and monitor measurement points in production.
  • You will identify and resolve process disturbances, irregularities, and downtime, taking necessary corrective actions.
  • You will issue work orders and create reports.
  • You will support startup and shutdown procedures.
  • You will maintain our high standards for environmental protection and occupational safety.

**Your Profile:**

  • You have a completed education as a chemical operator, production technician, or a comparable qualification, and we welcome applicants with a technical background.
  • Ideal candidates have several years of experience in a chemical production environment.
  • You are willing to work in continuous shift operations.
  • You have basic MS Office skills.
  • First-hand experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • You are adaptable in a dynamic environment with rapid changes.
  • You are a team player with self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  • You have a strong sense of safety and quality awareness.
