Deine Aufgaben
  • Du wirkst bei vielfältigen Einkaufsthemen entlang der Prozesse im strategischen Einkauf mit und unterstützt bei abteilungsübergreifenden Digitalisierungs- sowie Sonderprojekten.
  • Projektmanagement Office Themen, Data Analytics, Data Management und Data Cleansing sind wichtige Bestandteile deiner Aufgabe.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Aufbereitung diverser Workshops und Präsentationen und bringst deine kreativen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten ein.
  • Zusätzlich gehören die Erstellung diverser Schulungsunterlagen und die Pflege von Intranetseiten und Sharepoint zu deinen Aufgaben.
Dein Profil
  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, VWL, Mathematik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast Interesse am Thema Einkauf und Digitalisierung.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder IT-Umfeld sammeln können.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel (fortgeschritten) und PowerPoint sind dir sehr vertraut.
  • Wenn du erste Erfahrungen mit Qlik, Tableau und / oder low-code Programming (z.B. Mendix) hast, ist dies von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität für Data analytics und den Umgang mit Zahlen.
  • Da unser Team global agiert, zeichnen dich sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus.
