Position Title: Internship in Sales, Social Media, and Event Management

Company Overview:

We also serve as the regional office for "Der Mittelstand, BVMW e.V.", the largest politically independent SME association in Germany, based on voluntary membership.

As a service point for the Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation, we assist medium-sized enterprises nominated for the Grand SME Award.

What We Provide:
  • A compensated internship with a minimum duration of three months, with potential for part-time work as a student thereafter.
  • Insight into the methodologies and operations of network management.
  • Practical experience across various facets of marketing and sales.
  • Collaboration within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
  • The chance to independently oversee projects and contribute to their execution.
What You Will Do:
  • Assist in communication with network participants, including SME entrepreneurs, elected officials, and media representatives.
  • Support all stages of recruiting and maintaining network members, focusing on marketing, acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Manage content updates for our website and social media channels.
  • Organize and prepare for both live and virtual events, participating actively in them.
  • Contribute to process optimization and suggest innovative event formats.
