Your Role as Property Caretaker

As a Property Caretaker, you will be the on-site representative of Vonovia, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction within residential complexes.

• Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues related to housing.
• Property Maintenance: Conduct regular security inspections and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of residential buildings.
• Service Coordination: Supervise and document the work of internal and external service providers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Tenant Management: Conduct tenant consultations, oversee apartment handovers, and manage any disputes that may arise.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with an interest in technical aspects.
• Previous experience in property management is highly desirable.
• Excellent German language skills, with additional languages being advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
