About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at toom. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers in the Badmöbel department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable sales support to customers in the Badmöbel department
  • Evaluate customer needs and make recommendations on products and services
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the home furnishings or hardware industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
