About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Universitätsklinikum Frankfurt. As a Medical Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research projects, particularly in the areas of inner ear regeneration, tumor biology, and molecular biology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in scientific projects, including in vivo and in vitro experiments
  • Conduct cell biology experiments, including cell culture and molecular biology techniques
  • Perform histological and immunohistochemical analyses
  • Operate microscopes, including light and fluorescence microscopes
  • Conduct molecular biology analyses, including Western Blot and PCR

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Assistant, Biological Laboratory Assistant, or Chemical Laboratory Assistant. You will also have experience with cell culture and molecular biology techniques. Additionally, you will be enthusiastic about working with new and innovative methods and techniques, and have an interest in a diverse working environment with activities in the clinical-scientific field.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Assistant, Biological Laboratory Assistant, or Chemical Laboratory Assistant
  • Experience with cell culture and molecular biology techniques
  • Enthusiasm for working with new and innovative methods and techniques
  • Interest in a diverse working environment with activities in the clinical-scientific field
  • Proof of measles immunity or measles vaccination
