**Job Summary**

Bishop GmbH is seeking a motivated and skilled Surface Protection Assistant to join our team at our Nordenham, Germany location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality surface protection for our aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply surface coatings and treatments to meet customer specifications
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to standards
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in the surface protection process
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of surface protection techniques and materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
