Social Pedagogue for Youth Support

Position Overview: Caritas-Jugendhilfe-GmbH is seeking a dedicated Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) to provide essential support in our Ambulante Erziehungshilfe program. This role is designed for professionals who have a background in social pedagogy, special needs education, social work, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the growth and development of children and adolescents, along with their families.
- Supporting family dynamics and structures.
- Creating a stable and structured environment for clients.
- Engaging collaboratively with families, youth welfare agencies, educational institutions, community organizations, healthcare providers, and therapists.
- Providing crisis intervention and support.
- Developing solutions and leveraging available resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in child and youth welfare services.
- Ability to interact respectfully with children, adolescents, and their families.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Capacity for self-reflection, teamwork, adaptability, and independent initiative.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).
