Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage internationally with our clients and collaborate with KPMG teams across the globe.
  • Maintain regular communication with foreign top management at their headquarters.
  • Integrate unique accounting topics related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Lead a local team within an international project.
  • Manage diverse projects ranging from the preparation of pro forma financial statements to GAAP conversions and process harmonization.
  • Utilize your intercultural skills and language proficiency to provide added value to our clients.
  • Establish an international network, both internally and externally.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory (w/m/d) with us, you should possess a successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or auditing.
  • You should have three to four years of professional experience in auditing or accounting advisory.
  • A successful internship at an auditing or consulting firm, preferably in the accounting sector, is required.
  • You bring a well-structured approach, a critical mindset, and a proven quality-oriented service understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is essential.
  • You are fluent in English, German, and ideally another language, with your language skills supported by studies or work experience abroad.
  • A high willingness to travel rounds out your qualifications.
