Aufgaben

Als Founders Associate bei Aampere arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und unterstützt im operativen Alltag eines wachsenden Startups. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

  • Du koordinierst interne und externe Stakeholder und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte
  • Du analysierst Prozesse und entwickelst Optimierungsvorschläge für Effizienzsteigerungen
  • Du unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen durch die Aufbereitung von Informationen und Reports
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Entwicklung neuer Ideen ein und hilfst bei deren Umsetzung.
Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Starkes organisatorisches Talent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in kürzester Zeit zu erfassen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Projekten oder in Startups ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Technologien (z.B. Projektmanagement-Tools, Notion).
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
