About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machining Specialist to join our Group Technology function at Baettr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machining processes to produce high-quality customer components.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize machining processes to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise to support design optimization.
  • Design and develop machining tools and CNC programs, and verify them through 3D simulation.
  • Implement new processes and technologies in cooperation with site colleagues.
  • Continuously improve production processes by introducing new methods and tools, and optimizing CNC programs.

Requirements

  • Industry Technician or similar engineering background.
  • Extensive theoretical and practical CNC skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Siemens G-code programming, EdgeCam, Solid Works, and Vericut SW.

Personal Qualities

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with international communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent English language skills.
