About OHB

OHB is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for space access, focusing on cost-effective and adaptable systems for satellite launches into Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and beyond. We are currently seeking an Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) in Electronics or Control Engineering to enhance our dynamic and multicultural team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate pneumatic, electrical, and mechatronic systems
  • Work closely with the systems engineering team to define hardware specifications
  • Design and oversee hardware architecture and production processes
  • Create efficient testing protocols
  • Document assembly processes and procedures
  • Assess risks and propose preventive measures

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the New Space sector
  • Familiarity with programming, mechanical design, or PCB layout
  • Capable of working independently and effectively
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with aerospace applications, C or Python programming, CAD tools, PCB design, analog circuits, communication protocols, electromechanical systems, and electronic testing
