Creative Media Practicum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Design Intern. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of visual materials, including graphics, illustrations, and other media assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design team in creating engaging visual content for various projects
  • Assist in the design and development of logos, app templates, layouts, and image editing for books and e-books
  • Learn and work with industry-standard software, including DreamStudio, Midjourney, and Blue Willow
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop layouts and provide input on design concepts
  • Design and create marketing materials, including advertisements, posters, and flyers
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program or equivalent in fields such as Interaction Design, Media Studies, or related fields
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and MS Office
  • Strong typographic and design skills, with attention to detail and creativity
  • Experience with app design (Material Design, iOS Design) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
