Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at akut Medizinische Personallogistik GmbH. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities, behavioral issues, or mental health conditions in a residential setting.

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and meal preparation
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as coordinating outings and maintaining resident records
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of person-centered care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders

• Manage a residential facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Assist with medication administration, as required
