Job Overview:

We are collaborating with inoflex Personalmanagement GmbH - Bruchsal to find a dedicated Part-time Facility Manager/Housekeeper (m/f/d). The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities essential for maintaining the operational integrity of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular maintenance and repair duties
  • Managing winter services and upkeep of outdoor spaces, including gardening tasks
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of both internal and external lighting systems
  • Carrying out periodic renovation projects within the premises
  • Assisting in warehouse and production activities as required
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a technical or vocational training program
  • Proven experience in facility maintenance with a solid technical background
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
  • Physical stamina to handle various tasks
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
