Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Projektingenieur:in (w/m/d) to join our team at DB Zeitarbeit GmbH in Duisburg. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financials, and status reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including HOAI, VOB, and VOL.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
