Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including administration and the management of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Ensure the organization and smooth execution of daily operations while adhering to quality standards.
  • Enhance warehouse processes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Develop and implement procedures and work instructions for logistics operations.
  • Adhere to legal, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for warehouse improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Foster collaboration across various departments.
Qualifications:
  • Educational qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management roles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and digitalization processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
