Client Relations Specialist (m/w/d) for SpainYour Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for comprehensive support of member companies and partnerships in Spain, primarily through internal communication and occasional on-site visits.
- Additionally, you will implement sales strategies and assist in promotional activities and the acquisition of new member companies in the Spanish region, acting as a liaison between member companies and various service areas within E/D/E GmbH.
- You will also support the Country Manager in daily operations and actively participate in various projects.
- Your role includes organizing and preparing for visits, particularly for member conferences.
- You will contribute to catalog projects and provide various linguistic support, including translations of documents, reports, and presentations in and out of the local language.
- With a completed commercial training or degree, you have gained initial experience in a similar role.
- You possess experience in customer support for international clients and demonstrate a strong service orientation.
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential, along with good command of German and English.
- You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are willing to travel and visit members in the Spanish region.
- Your service orientation, strong communication skills, and pronounced intercultural competence set you apart.
- You have excellent organizational and planning abilities and enjoy working with clients.
