Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Join our team at Beam Suntory, a world-leading premium spirits company, as a Senior Brand Manager. In this exciting role, you will lead the premium whisky portfolio for the German market, driving growth and success through innovative brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies for premium whisky brands, including Laphroaig, Auchentoshan, and Ardmore.
  • Co-lead the annual and growth planning process, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the core portfolio and prepare and implement new product launches and annual limited editions.
  • Develop and track consumer-oriented brand activations in an omni-channel environment.
  • Manage and control annual marketing budgets, defining and tracking brand KPIs.
  • Coordinate agency management and cross-functional alignment with key departments.
  • Stakeholder management within a matrix structure.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies, beverage, and/or spirits industry.
  • Fluent in German and English, with digitally competent and high interest in marketing and category trends.
  • Experience in product development and portfolio management preferable.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and extract meaningful insights to tell a story.
  • Demonstrated personal characteristics to be a self-starter, flexible, reliable, and intrinsically motivated.
  • Proven team player with strong collaborative approach.
