About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Vertriebsassistent/ Bürokaufmann to join our team at W&W-Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the agency owner to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage all administrative tasks in the agency, including scheduling appointments, creating proposals for our fleet and private customers, and processing incoming applications and customer data.
- Support the processing of minor claims and ensure the quality of our working processes.
- Prepare customer visits and follow up after.
Requirements
- A completed insurance-specific or comparable commercial education.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience as a Vertriebsassistenz.
- Your work style is customer- and service-oriented.
- You are open-minded, enjoy working with people, and excel in planning and organizational skills.
- You are confident in your digital media skills.
