Job Description

We are seeking an Art Curator Assistant with a PhD and strong IT skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in curatorial studies and at least one year of experience in the field. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills, and a proven track record of managing projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, organizing, and curating projects and events
  • Developing and implementing a communication and PR strategy
  • Researching and applying for funding and sponsorships
  • Managing stakeholders, project teams, and budgets
  • Managing project schedules, deadlines, conflicts, and risks
Requirements
  • Recognized curatorial studies with a BA and/or MA
  • Results in fund-raising, sponsoring, and project management
  • Strong IT, PR, and communication skills
  • At least 2 years of recognized experience in art and science synergy
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Polish and/or French language skills are appreciated
