Senior Software Architect

We are in search of a Software Architect (m/d/w) to become a vital member of our Product Development Center in Hannover. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence our technological direction and strategic planning. Your duties will encompass the design of intricate technical solutions, providing guidance to development teams, and assisting product and project management with your specialized knowledge throughout the product development lifecycle. By collaborating closely with team leaders, technical project managers, and other essential stakeholders, you will ensure project success and surpass client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the formulation and prioritization of technical objectives on the roadmap in Jira.
- Recognize technical interdependencies in cross-departmental projects.
- Assist in the estimation of project timelines and resource distribution.
- Identify and relay technical risks, devising mitigation strategies.
- Establish the technology stack for software development initiatives.
- Extensive experience in software development and system architecture.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record in designing sophisticated software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in software development.
- Familiarity with databases such as MariaDB or Elasticsearch is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in both German and English.
