We're looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Positec Germany GmbH, a leading supplier of robotic mowers, power tools, and garden tools.

Your Mission
  • Optimize Sales Processes: You will analyze and optimize our sales processes to drive efficiency and growth. This includes defining sales targets, standardizing processes, and creating reports to measure success.
  • Implement HubSpot CRM: You will be responsible for implementing and managing our HubSpot CRM tool in Germany, ensuring that reports and benchmarks are used to their fullest potential.
  • Solve Sales Bottlenecks: You will proactively identify obstacles in the sales process and develop innovative solutions to take our sales team to the next level.
  • Lead the Rollout of the Dealer Portal: You will be the central point of contact for the introduction of our dealer portal in Germany, driving its acceptance across the sales landscape.
  • Plan and Support Sales and Marketing Initiatives: You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to organize trade shows, events, and local promotional activities to increase our brand's visibility and success.
  • Improve Sales Strategies and Processes: You will lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and sales strategies, ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Marketing and Sales Principles and experience in CRM systems and roll-out systems to support and enhance sales strategies.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, both internally and externally.
  • Organized and Strategic Thinker with strong organizational/planning abilities, detail-oriented, and excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional Communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, including presentations.
