Position Overview:

• Oversee the professional and financial growth of the occupational medicine sector while leading a team of occupational health professionals.
• Facilitate collaboration between your team and the fields of safety engineering and health management.
• Onboard new personnel and coordinate the professional training and development of your team members.
• Provide expert advice to organizations on specific matters related to occupational medicine.

Qualifications:

• Preferably possess leadership experience or a comprehensive understanding of effective leadership practices.
• Hold a specialist qualification (m/f/d) in occupational medicine or an additional credential in corporate health.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering occupational medical guidance and support to organizations, with a strong focus on customer service.
