Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team at HeiBa GmbH in Achern. As a machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our precision machinery, ensuring high-quality production and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain precision machinery, including lathes and milling machines
• Set up and adjust machinery to meet specific production requirements
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience as a machinist, turner, or precision mechanic
• Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
