IT Logistics Specialist in Healthcare

Professional Role in a Dynamic Environment: Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf Medical Services GmbH (UKM) is a key subsidiary of the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD), which is the largest medical facility in Düsseldorf. We play a vital role in supporting the hospital's operational processes, ensuring efficient management of various essential services.
Position: IT Warehouse Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)If you are interested in the following responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying their quantity and condition against delivery documentation.
- Processing goods receipts using SAP software.
- Conducting inventory checks and managing assets with identification numbers.
- Coordinating the picking of goods through our internal transportation services.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and warranty issues.
- Managing software licenses and approvals via an online portal.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics clerk or a similar qualification relevant to this role.
- Some experience in warehouse logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office applications, with SAP knowledge being an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.
- A meticulous, reliable, and organized approach to work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, complemented by a service-oriented attitude.
- Preferably, a trainer aptitude test certification in the commercial sector.
