Senior Technical SEO Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical SEO Manager to join our E-Commerce business unit at HRS Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and maximize online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address issues related to website architecture, crawlability, indexation, mobile optimization, site speed, and structured data.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and develop a robust keyword strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and optimization processes, and monitor and analyze content performance to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage a link-building strategy that improves domain authority and promotes organic growth, and identify opportunities for partnership and content collaboration to enhance our backlink profile.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance and SEO effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, content, UX/UI, and marketing to implement SEO strategies and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and proactively adjust strategies to leverage new opportunities and mitigate potential impacts on visibility and traffic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO tools and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with website optimization tools and techniques, including mobile optimization, page speed enhancements, and schema markup.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable SEO success and growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
