Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fresh Food Specialist to join our team at REWE Melanie Tolk oHG in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our fresh food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fresh food products, including meat, cheese, baked goods, and delicatessen.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations to drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products to ensure optimal freshness and availability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or gastronomy is preferred, but we welcome food enthusiasts who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
