AV Project Coordinator Job Description

At Primis, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AV Project Coordinator to join our team. As an AV Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of AV projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate AV projects, working closely with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Meeting and Site Visits: Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and installations, ensuring seamless communication with technical teams and clients.
  • Project Tracking: Track project progress, manage timelines, and handle administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Assist with the procurement and logistics of AV equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Project Budgeting: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in coordinating AV or IT-related projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment, with proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
