Your Role:

• Oversee the development and management of the Optometry Department
• Provide consultations and sales of eyewear and contact lenses, prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Utilize advanced optometric technology for accurate measurements
• Conduct refractions and lead workshops tailored to specific eyewear needs
• Offer ongoing training and support to team members within the store
• Continuously enhance internal processes to improve the customer experience
