About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Nagel-Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process customer orders, accurately recording and updating inventory levels in our warehouse management system.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of products.
- Manage the allocation of time slots and dock assignments, ensuring seamless communication with our operational warehouse staff.
- Proactively monitor and control the flow of orders and goods, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with our warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of goods.
- Update inventory records in our warehouse management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with our existing customers and customer service team to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
- A completed commercial education, preferably in logistics or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Desirable experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with a warehouse management system.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a three-shift system.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
