Department Focus:
Our IT department is at the forefront of all technological initiatives at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH. The Stuttgart team specializes in the realms of test and release management, overseeing operational testing activities across our systems and processes, managing the releases of our core applications, and handling central test management with an emphasis on control functions and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in operational tasks such as test planning, documentation optimization, and reporting.
- Participate in end-to-end software testing and assist in executing tests.
- Contribute to test and release management tasks, including test reviews, definitions, executions, documentation, and error management.
- Support the team in preparing and documenting timelines as part of the release workflow.
- Collaborate within our interdisciplinary product team, employing agile methodologies and tools like Scrum and Kanban.
- Assist in creating presentations, status reports, and test concepts, while maintaining tools like Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in economics, communication sciences, business informatics, or a related field, preferably with an IT or digital business focus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- Prior practical experience through internships or student roles in the automotive, financial services, or consulting sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, MS Teams, and Jira is a plus.
- Experience with software products or application solutions is desirable.
