Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Conduct professional interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and create comprehensive candidate profiles
  • Oversee the contract process and provide ongoing support to our employees throughout their tenure
  • Coordinate the deployment of employees to clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of new and existing clients, promoting our HR services
  • Represent our company at career fairs and industry events
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, economics, or business administration
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or personnel services
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
