At Syben Consulting, we offer 360° solutions for lifts, escalators, and other industrial equipment. Our team develops and produces innovative solutions for new buildings and is looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of business unit transformation commitments together with work stream sponsors and teams.
  • Collaborate with global teams and business units to identify, quantify, and risk-assess improvement initiatives.
  • Support the initiation of transformation work streams with business units and global functional teams by identifying inefficiencies through effective data analysis and proactive problem-solving approaches.
  • Work with finance to establish effective planning for all transformation work streams by linking to profit and loss statements and cash flow.
  • Support the development of integrated program-level plans and work with work stream teams to identify and manage interdependencies, potential conflicts, and resourcing requirements.
  • Drive the definition, planning, and tracking of necessary transformation costs.
  • Implement consistent Transformation Office governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status.
  • Support the development of quality executive reports and communication materials on Transformation initiatives and programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, with experience in transformation project delivery/leadership in operations/industrial services being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management standards and tools, as well as experience working in project settings/organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of financials (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow) and financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data, drawing strategic takeaways.
  • Experience with building structured complex analytical financial and operational models.
  • Professional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communication.
  • Ability to work at pace under stress and resolve significant levels of ambiguity.
  • A track record of delivering in complex multi-work stream environments in challenging timescales.
  • Ability to influence and manage relationships through collaborative approaches, data usage, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent social and communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken).
