About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects in the HR domain, focusing on process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute IT projects in the HR applications area, from demand and analysis phases to implementation and handover to regular operations.
  • Lead virtual project teams and manage budgets.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor project progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and project teams, and provide regular reporting to partners.
  • Bring expertise in project methodology, current IT trends, and digital transformation to the projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong background in SAP HCM and SAP Cloud.
  • Excellent technical consulting skills in the HR domain.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex integration aspects and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer orientation skills.
  • IT degree and fluent German and English language skills.
