Position Overview:

The role of the Lead Consultant in Oracle EBS Planning Technology encompasses expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Planning, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and various planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Modules, specifically in Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Conduct forecast generation utilizing historical data and statistical methods, ensuring effective demand planning and scheduling.
  • Serve as a Solution Architect in Oracle ERP transformations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of Oracle EBS capabilities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in PL/SQL and lead the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of European localizations, particularly within Oracle ERP packages.
  • Drive ongoing implementations and finalize requirements effectively.
  • Hold an Oracle Certification, with experience in the Distribution Industry being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Technology stack, Cloud Web Services, and ALM tools is preferred.
  • Possess excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with a strong background in leadership and delivery management.
  • Maintain relationships with CXO-level client contacts and manage client escalations as a Solution Architect.

Onsite-Offshore Communication and Management:

  • Manage client relationships and foster collaboration with client personnel.
  • Design and standardize processes across various business units and regions.
  • Lead requirement elicitation, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configurations for SCM processes on Oracle EBS.
  • Facilitate discussions across different tracks to finalize comprehensive solutions encompassing Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Oversee functional testing, QA, SIT, User Acceptance Testing, and post-production support.
  • Guide technical teams in development activities, including data mapping, designing, and testing extensions and reports.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and manage the scope of deliverables effectively.
  • Review solution designs and functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams to execute performance tests and resolve issues.
  • Work with BI teams to develop reporting solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs, solution designs, functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, and training materials, ensuring data is current on defect tracking and ALM tools.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong functional knowledge and application experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in Planning, with over 10 years in full-cycle implementation processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in the English language is required.
