Our Product Division develops, manufactures, and distributes audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. With our live production tools for the media, sports, entertainment, and corporate industries, we offer a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative in their class.
We are seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead our Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel and drive the team to continue developing world-class intercom products in our chosen markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive growth and strengthen competitive positioning
- Identify new market opportunities and develop financial business cases for new product developments
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing teams to develop core product messaging and positioning
- Manage the intercom part of tenders where roadmap items are required
- Deep experience in Product Management with 5+ years of experience in a software/hardware manufacturing business with an international customer base
- Proven track record of successful new product development using Stage Gate and Agile processes
- Strong knowledge of Intercom production workflows, audio processing, IP media networks, and cloud production is essential
- English (fluent – must have), Other languages (German is a plus)
